My parents are doing some renovations at their place. When visiting them, I saw in a drawer, along some old quartz watches that belong to my father, the following ole fellow:

 

It belonged to my grandfather, and looks like it is working pretty well! It is nicely sized for a vintage (35mm w/o crown), and it belonged to my grandpa!

Although the case shows wear, the crystal and dial are in very good shape. I guess it would be hard to renovate/polish, unless I get all the gold plating out.

Suggestions? Should I leave it as it is, or attempt something?
