As a matter of fact, it's not a DELL; but, the CS or Tech Serv. is Indian. I guess no help is available in the United States of America........everything is outsourced. Oh, sir, you must be mistaken, or something, about your troubles with DELL. Their commercials assure one of top-quality everything--they're so good, CS/TS isn't even needed......LOL 2-3 HOURS????? That's a sin and, what's sad, is there anything we can do about it, that I know of. :X mcwright wrote: You must own a DELL! I have had to call them and I know where you are coming from.
