Thing is: the ones trying to help are very nice, but it's like with doctors from there--nice, polite, courteous, but I manage to catch only every third or fourth word. Adding all that up equals: I don't know what they're saying. To make it worse, we know we're getting this treatment because company X is saving a few bucks with their bloody outsourcing and doesn't care about us, their US customer. Well, I've managed to thoroughly depress myself now, so will sign off for the night.
