They're solid, reliable and, since they generate their own power with your wrist movement, they overcome my biggest complaint about quartzies - unpredictable battery life. So if that's what sings to you, go for it. I also own the Deep Blue Sea Diver you're looking at. While it's not my all-time fave, it's in the top 10. Reliable and comfortable to wear - the short lugs give it enough contour to hug your wrist. My experience with customer service (needed a couple of extra links for the bracelet) was top notch. The lume appears to be applied evenly and inside the lines, too.  I don't own an Artego. It's a nice looking watch, but the flat case bottom and bracelet attachment as shown in Oscar's picture make it look like it's teetering on his wrist. I have to wonder how comfortable it would be for long term wear. But it's all subjective and in the end, the watch you like is the watch you should buy. Good Luck, and enjoy whichever you choose.the Artego has a curved case and hugs the wrist nicely....in my wrist shot my arm is outstretched above my head for depth and it is not how the watch actually sits on my wrist....the caseback is recessed into the case one of the most comfortable Big watches I own and wear often since buying it...reading some of the many reviews/pics from 3T members who own 1 in New Arrivals will help you understand better.ThumbsUp02.gif
