Thank you very much. This dial comes from Yobokies, it is made for Seiko's however I am sure you can remove the feet and install it on a ETA movement if you want. However, if you are looking for military type dials, you may want to check out Ofrei. See this link here for their dials for the ETA 2801 movement:

Not sure if this is what you are looking for. Here are a couple of other mod's I did using this same base model watch and different dials/hands combinations, the dials are all 28.5mm made for Seiko Automatic movements:

The crown is not screw down, just push in. It is kind of small and not easy to use especially for my big hands. Fortunately you can adjust the watch so that you don't need to use it much at all. LOL
