I've never really been all that interested in the brand, so I've never followed them very closely. One thing is clear, regardless of whose fault it is, there's definitely some QC issues at Invicta. This should have never left the 'assembly line' in such quality. Too bad DD has gotten caught up in it. I just find it very strange that DD would feel so compelled to issue a response if there wasn't some sort of legitmacy. They should and could have just walked away and/or issued a formal statement that would have backed up Becker's original response. They had to issue a response because Lalo's loudmouthed puppet went on national TV and flatly and repeatedly stated that the problem was due to defective DD modules. I am sure that Lalo paid a pretty penny to not get sued over this and signed a joint statement exonerating DD for the same reason. All the statement says is that DD did not manufacture defective modules, that Invicta bought them from a second hand source without the knowledge of DD and then he butchered the installation of the modules because he is a POS manufacturer and then had his puppet lie about the problem and place blame on DD when they had no knowledge of what was happening...thus, your "legitimacy" of statement!
