 You didn't say what was wrong with the watch. :(

I had a Seiko Monster I bought from Overstock do the same thing. I sent it in three times and they finally fixed it. The minute hand would stick or stop on the 9 or 10 numeral. But, it wouldn't stick everytime. I'm sure they finally replaced the minute hand and all was well.
