 Kandyman, I have 6,75 inch wrists and large watches are no problem for me. It's just a matter of getting used to it like shifting from  4 cylinder car to a V8 SUV. Nothin' to it.

I have something thicker and bigger than a Mega2 and I have no issues.

On the first pic below, there's an optical illusion of size because the watch is closer to the lens than the wrist. Maybe the second pic is a better representation.
