I have 6.5" wrists and I think it has a somewhat flat profile, so I seem to be able to wear large watches.  However, even though I regularly wear 44mm~46mm watches such as the Benarus Moray (44mm), Breitling Airwolf (43.5mm), Seiko Ananta (46mm), and recently a PAM312 (44mm), I felt the Megalodon was just a bit too big for me and ended up selling it.  To me the Moray and even the PAM312, which is 18mm thick, feels much smaller than the Megalodon.  I think the Megalodon is doable for a 6.5" wrist, but you will have to get used to wearing it and be committed to wearing a watch at this size.
