Thanks Jeff! Well, Nick, the wideness of the wrist reflect the size of the skeleton and bone's thickness. After that, the thickness of the wrist is influenced by the body-mass.
All in all, if you are a little height man without overweight, you need to have really big bones to fit a big diameter watch: Usual training will be of very little help as there's nearly no muscle mass in the joint...
