Hi. I tried to get one through a dealer in AUS but they had never had one, plus they quoted me more than the Euro retail.
I eventually emailed Charmex and ended up chatting with a guy called Frank.
We sorted a great deal between us.
I soon found out that I was actually dealing with the CO of the company Frank Burgen.
As Frank said to me after the deal was completed.
I am very happy to deal direct as the 20,000ft is my personal project.
Mine is running at 1.5 secs gain after 4 days.

Mine is running fine at about 1 second slow every 2 or 3 days. Eeriely accurate.....COSC, of course.
Give your SMW about 6 months of regular use and you'll get more accuracy and a more stable reading by then.
I'm sure you know this but when you store it at night, keep it on your bedside table with the crown facing up/ceiling. After a few days, you may see some improvements. It's not easy to open the back to attempt a regulation.
