This is a good report on Accutron Service. I have had an Accutron 200 coke-bezel diver for a few years that I purchased from shnoop.com. In posting a picture here awhile back, I noticed some paint missing on the dial at 9:00. See picture.

I sent the watch in per the Bulova site instructions. I got an email telling me they had received the watch. A few weeks went by and I got another email explaining that the dial was not covered under warranty. This part was covered for two years.

The cost to replace the dial was $25 + $9 labor and I paid shipping both ways. I ok'ed the repair and two weeks later I received the watch back well packaged and with a brand new dial. I thought the repair price was more than fair and I am delighted to have a perfect Accutron on my wrist again.
