I'd pick the Helson.

I don't care for the Sumo. The watch looks top heavy (to me) due to the fat lugs. The bracelet appears to be too small fitted between the robust lugs. Needs thinner lugs and a wider bracelet. IMHO. I'd pick the Helson.
