I just recieved my "9937"Invicta watch back from Invicta in hollywood florida. This is the third time this watch has been serviced by them for the same thing! Bezel keeps popping off. Anyways- last time I recieved the watch back, it came back in a different box then i sent it in. I know because I keep all my stuff CLEAN. The box was dirty with scuff marks. So this time I sent it, I marked the box in two different places to make sure That it was mine not someone else's. Well I recieved the watch with NO BOX!!!!!! It was wrapped between two yellow pieces of foam in a CARDBOARD BOX!!! What happened to customer service? Wher the he!! is my box? I will never, I mean never buy an INVICTA WATCH again!!! That is it Im done with them. I am seriously thinking about selling my 9937 with wood box it came in to fund for a orsa!!! Thanks for letting me vent.
