 I don't own any of those but I followed closely the feedbacks. I would have gone for the Crux CX-4(tobaco dial) if I should choose between those 2.
You can't compare the Artego and the Crux: They have different movements(miyota/ETA) and different specs(300m/1000m)...
Go on them site for more infos...
