Sorry to hear that, especially if it were the big wooden box.  Ive contacted them before on sending a watch in for service, they told me in big letters "DO NOT send in the original box".  They should probably put that somewhere on the warranty card/manual, but it is on the website:
Also note the following:
    Include a Copy of your warranty card showing the date of your purchase.Include a Copy of your purchase invoice with the date on it.Include a money order issued to Invicta Service Center for the amount of $20.00(for S&H).Include a note describing the malfunction.Include a return address and daytime telephone number.Be sure to insure the watch with the shipper.If your watch is not cover under INVICTA warranty, you will be charged for the repair cost.We warrant each repair for one year. The warranty applies to that repair only.Prices do not include sales tax.Please do not include your Gift Box when sending in your watch for service. It will not be returned.Failure to make prior payment arrangements (money order, check or credit card) will result in your item being sent back COD.
