My take was that a new watch DOA should be resolved ASAP and it seems they agreed. and yest they fixed the original in my case and I dare say that Magico ain't no Vostok. Strangley enough a day before the watch returned I got a return phone call from a voice mail I left the day the watch arrived DOA. If I had waited for that call...
