 in 07' the Swiss federation voted in favor of stricter laws governing "Swiss Made" to 80% of final production to be done in Switzerland...the Swiss government in turn voted it down as they felt it would hurt many Swiss brands...
...so Will you are right that certain companies will try to get away with whatever they can whether it is within Swiss Federation guidelines or not as many of the HK factories will put whatever you like on their dials and cases...but as long as WIS continue to believe whatever they read or are told this deception will go on...
