The insert sits inside the bezel. To get the insert out, the bezel needs to be removed so the insert can be pushed out from the underside. There are vids on Youtube showing how to do it with Rolex's, and it seems pretty simple. I just hadn't counted on the force that's required. Attachment: Sandoz.jpg (Downloaded 63 times)
