 William...I'm going to give you a half response...My experience with the Cape Cod polishing cloths has only been on ss. I only have two titanium cased pieces, and they are blasted in finish so I've never tried to do finish touch ups on those.

But, my understanding is that the Cape Cod cloths will indeed only polish to a shiny finish (which you don't want).  I have used both the "brush pen" and the 3M green pad (and 1 other pad specifically for brushed finish repairs) for maintaining brushed finishes on ss cases...My understanding is that they will also maintain the brushed finish on titanium, but I have no personal experience on titanium.
