 the cape cods will not work on Ti as Chris says unless you want to have a shiny finish once the scratches are removed...best remedy for Ti is a ink eraser but you need to go light as they tend to change the color of the Ti if you just jump right in...try a test spot on the underside of the lug 1st....the blue eraser works best and then wash and dry the watch when done...very simple and cost effective imo.
..... if you want there is a product some WIS swear by... the Ti pen from BWE....I have used it on a complete watch case and the case came out like new (except for deep gouges) and it was a blasted Ti case which I believe your Panny is(e-mail them for availability on polished and blasted Ti)...it may work well for spot touches like you need.

...you may want to try the new Benarus Moray II  springbars that look like the single head screw Panny uses....I love them and swapping straps is easy as it gets without any scratches to worry about...
