In my experience, getting Doxa customer service to follow through on ANYTHING takes LOTS of hounding by phone. Promises to "get back to you next week" are meaningless to them. Even email reminders go unanswered. Some claim it's a recent phenomenon due to the ramp-up for Basel, but my poor CS experiences go back to last fall.
