I think that the "Swiss-Made" stamp been abused for too long by some brands.
Specialy those who are selling high price, playing on the appelation to make big buks as not passing along the discount they get by having them parts made in Hong-Kong.
Hopefully, they will finally be forced to build them factories in Switzerland to benefit of a legitimate prestige.
Or maybe just forced to put machines and workers in them ghost buildings laying in Zurich instead of pumping into Walca Far East?
