Jupp, already experimenting on different methods for that distress-look (no acid though, but oils, sandpaper and wax) Gonna post pics´ when I´m satisfied. And also working on something more unique looking.
BigRusty, guess you are referring to a flieger strap, type A/B? Haven´t tried that before, but can see if I can´t give it a try. But a whole different kind of strap and completely different techniques involved. And getting it as close to the original as possible, THAT is the trick. Working on a distressed (black/tan) leather zulu now, and we can see where we go from there. Probably gonna have a few more done by tomorrow, and post pics´ then.
