If it is just the crystal, maybe you would like to consider to customize it and replace the crystal with a sapphire instead?;)

Buffing might do the job IF the scratches are not DEEP. Btw, are the scratches on the crystal only or the case too? If it is just the crystal, maybe you would like to consider to customize it and replace the crystal with a sapphire instead?;)
