You can do what I do and send it to a watch restorer and chalk it up to experience. I could yell at you like I do my crew and tell you to stay in the moment and stay focused on the present, but I think you beat you self up enough. In the end shit happens. People that have the ability to do great good also have the ability to have great disasters, you can not have one without the other. Enjoy and turn it into a learning experience, get it fixed and enjoy the process.
