Yep..that's the one....As they say in real estate, Location, location, location...or somethinhg like that.

For a small village, they sure have their share of hazardous waste sites.
There was also a Nabisco factory which also did some major toxic dumping there, as well as an old coal gas factory which under the site they found a major spill floating on top of the water table a few years ago....And the place is famous for being an old whaling seaport....
