Well after much hassle (due to Fedex, NOT Halios).  I finally received my two Lagunas.  I got the black bezel and my newly minted son in law got the grey bezel.  They were shipped via Fedex ground on 6/22, supposed to be delivered in far away NJ on July 1st?????  Fedex is it REALLY that far.  Anyway Jason (halios) supplied the two tracking numbers.  I went into work last Friday all excited expecting the two watches, I was watching their progress across the USA and when they got to NJ, the boxes got split up, the Fedex guy comes, and there's only one box.  So I open my one box and I'm drooling over my Laguna and I realize that the bezel doesn't turn, I write to Jason and he is baffled, he says (and I believe him) that he checked the watch before he shipped, he gave me the option of a refund or he'll ship another watch overnight, but I won't get it until Wednesday because of the holiday.  Back to Friday and the elusive grey bezel, I called Fedex and they say "not to worry, the other box is probably on a trailer and will be delivered on Tuesday.  Tuesday comes and the status hasn't changed.  I put a trace in and they tell me to call in 24 hours.  I call and get transfered to the tracing agent and he tells me the watch is gone, either I or Jason can put in a claim.  I write to Jason and tell him the story, a couple minutes later HE CALLS ME AT WORK!!!!  Now that's customer service!!!  Again gives me the option of a refund or he'll ship the watch overnight.  I take the watch and this morning I get the watch.  Here's some pics.

Black bezel (really kind of a charcoal grey):

Grey Bezel (didn't want to take the wrapping off, let my son in law do that):

Hope you enjoyed my story.
