Thanks Tony D!! Have been XXtremely busy. Ellie and I are complete empty nesters now and this 4000 sq ft house is just too big for us now! Getting it ready to sell and build a new smaller bungalo-type house for us to kick back in. We just just can't wait!! Take care and again, thanks for the kind words & reply!
