50M WR is pretty deep for non-Scuba Divers. I would have no issues in using it in a pool, swimming etc.As ridiculous as it may sound, the stated WR rating has nothing to do with actual depth in metres in practice. See the link somewhere above.......
Fact is, I wouldn't take a watch with a WR rsting of less than 100m anywhere near water.....
