| I can only say that I've filled out the paperwork, had TJ MAxx stamp the warrantee booklet, sent a copies of my receipt and warranty page with their stamp, only to be told, by Hamilton that TJ MAXX is not an AD and they would not honor the warranty. TJ Maxx told me that the Hamilton watches were purchased from a third party, not Hamilton. I don't really know what all of this means except I have to pay for my repair. Afterall, in the end, it doesn't really matter that TJ MAXX says that there's an "agreement" between them and Hamilton.
