At least TJMaxx refunded the repair $ rws and that is pretty cool in my book! I am sure they are grey market and all their Watches come from one distributor...they seem to have a lot of the same Watches as Slop so maybe it is Sterling Time ?I would like to find out who their supplier is either way...hand6.gif I can only say that I've filled out the paperwork, had TJ MAxx stamp the warrantee booklet, sent a copies of my receipt and warranty page with their stamp, only to be told, by Hamilton that TJ MAXX is not an AD and they would not honor the warranty. TJ Maxx told me that the Hamilton watches were purchased from a third party, not Hamilton. I don't really know what all of this means except I have to pay for my repair. Afterall, in the end, it doesn't really matter that TJ MAXX says that there's an "agreement" between them and Hamilton. What only matters is that Hamilton agrees and will honor the warranty and so far, they don't honor it, in my case.
