If it is a Pulsar, it most likely is what Oscar says it is. It is a flat piece of metal about 1/8" wide. In addition to looking for a hole, look for a raised bump and push on it (with small screw driver) in the direction of the arrow. You may have to put a little "grunt" into it to get it to move. :)
