You hit on many great points throughout the writeup...yes, the price is way, way up there and out of reach for what many would consider spending, but the Blancpain X Fathoms is a spectacular mechanical masterpiece and technological mechanical marvel IMO (and way cool too!!!cool.gif).  Love it!
