Pretty simple but you must understand GMT time.
Do a google search for GMT time, and start reading.
I'm not telling, you must learn on your own.

I hear yah and I have had a dual time zone watch but not a GMT world Timer with the roating bezel and the muti time zones.
Usually I dig it out myself but sometimes a thread is an easy way out.
