I think this Zenton shares the 45mm case of the excellent Helson Shark Diver 45mm (which Peter at Helson now offers in both 42mm and 45mm sizes).
Judging from the skeleton hands, is this a Lume Dial Brice?

I will say it is a very nice watch, indeed shares the case of the Helson and a couple others I think ;)... it is a very well executed model, watch looks really good, bracelet is massive but very comfortable... the watch is just big but mostly it is just darn long...
