Shoot, if you know that you may not get a dime back unless you face this dude, I would purchase the $1793 ticket and confront the guy face to face. That would be the quickest way to get your money back(less the plane ticket of course).
The guy is not in Oslo: Far from that. No point to speculate when you don't know the geography, the town etc...
I do. So please, let this on the side as this debate is going nowhere.
