Hi Oscar and thanks, I work for a manufacturing company and we do quite a bit of custom items, when the end-user enlists us to make their item they can either pay all tooling costs, deelopment etc....up front or amortize the cost over a set number of pieces that they agree to take. In the later scenario if they don't take the agreed to number of pieces, ownership of the custom piece reverts back to us, or in a rare case we can sue and try to hold them to their contract.

It just seemed odd to see theses cases show up with Diveas first and now here, but I guess Kobold never owned the rights to the case.
