Kazim,
The Nautilus was a great looking diver and the Eintausen didn't get to replace it totally even the case is very similar: Maybe because of the bezel's insert and etching's difference...?
I think that many will be glad to see a Nautilus#2 coming out(without the same name): I know the problems you met about the name and even your own name as "Kenzo" when you tried to establish your own brand: Nothing's easy those days...Sadly.
From my own point of view: A Nautilus reborn has it's place, maybe with a new touch?
Still, on those Nautilus/Eintausen cases models, we could feel the Fricker influence and a somehow Dreadnought's design also reconnected on other models as the Benarus 1km a while after.
On the other side, I find the 1500 really unique on it's own and there, you came out from the Fricker design and brought something really personal and majestic: And as I own one, I know what I talk about.
I understand this new carbon steel trouble for the 1500: Sure you can't make pictures of exactly how the watch will be...But!
Remember that you are now the guy who makes unique and low serial 100% Made-in-Germany watches: Uniqueness is what this unpredictable metal defines somehow. Isn't it?
I think that your trusted customers will come for the surprise and will even make others willing to take the chance: This rust patina will never get to be ugly even it's not exactly the same on each watches.
After all, we all want somehow something personal: The bronze models are there actually to answer a part of the demand on this patina modulation and uniqueness, so there is a market for the "unpredictable materials" as your carbon steel, even it might take time for some radicals to adjust to it.
My point of view...
