Personally for my own selfish reasons I would like to see you using this cam(see link) Buddy!:P:P:Pjk....I had the Pana FZ20 and was very happy with it...the Sony is nice as they use Carl Zeiss lens'..there are a few places that sell the Pentax ist DL for under $400. which is a great value on a DSLR and can handle optional lens'...I know cause I own 1...LOL and in the hands of someone who knows how to use it(which isn't me) can be produce some sweet picshand6.gif

My budget is as cheap as possible? I don't know if I am ready to go full DSLR or just SLR like as cuz CJ suggests with the Sony.
A quick search on new egg netted this which meets my prerequsities.
