That sux Mike!...but the good thing is their return policy which allows you to send it back by any form you choose and it is fully reimbursed!...even fedex...ups or usps!...there is a label to afix to the box provided and form to fill out and just send it off sig/insured is the preference at no charge to the customer!...Now that's CS imho!cool10.gif
Got mine today. A blue chrono. Only problem is they shipped me a ladies watch. I checked my order and it says MENS. Strike one for shopathome! :(
