I've seen and held the 114060M in my hands about 3 weeks ago and it's such a treasure in the hands and a joy on the wrist. Where I saw and held it, was priced lower than what you saw Oscar and close to what the Sheriff saw.

This, IMHO, is something to own as one chases the entire series line...starting from the 14060, 14060M, 16610, 116610C, 116610LV, etc etc

Chris also makes very good points and I agree with him.

In December, the prices of the 114060M are forecast to soften and by then, those wishing to add this one might shoot omne down. It's perfectly balanced and the C bezel adds some more heftiness to it.

I'd be happy to have one of these.
