I just wanted to thank Chris publicly and give my review of his high quality of service.

As Armida owners are probably aware, when I ordered the watch delivery was super quick from HK. Like, 48 hours to my doorstep.

Well, after many months of happy ownership, the Ti crown started to strip and would not screw down any more.

Chris responded within a day to my emails, and his communication was exemplary. I shipped my watch USPS back to HK for repairs. After a few weeks I queried Chris on the status of my watch. He responded quickly that he had my watch and repairs were underway. About a month after sending it out, my watch shipped back quickly via FedEx and the crown works again.

Thanks Chris. The watches are beautiful but the service is what will keep me coming back.ThumbsUp02.gif
