Anyway, it's certainly something easy to fix: Something came loose in the movement or jumped on the balance spring I guess.

Jeff, if the crown is screwed in, there's no way that the stem got pushed in by a shock, or this shock should break the crown tube right in: Wich is unprobable with a small fall like that. He would have noticed it as well. Anyway, it's certainly something easy to fix: Something came loose in the movement or jumped on the balance spring I guess.
