 To be honest, I've had nothing but problems with sinn, watchbuys, and rgm. This watch had already been repaired under warranty for faulty hands. It came back from service pretty banged up. Sent it back, and it was returned from rgm with dirt on the dial and on the back side of the crystal. I eventually cut my losses and just wore it. I will look at some reviews of conus watch repair people.
