I like those smaller names that you mentioned above as well. I have a couple Glycines that I'm very happy with and have always loved the history of the Glycine brand. I don't have personal experience with Davosa or Vollmer, but have heard good things about those brands too (particularly Vollmer with a number of designs in their Flieger/Aviation lineup of pieces that I really like the design of...they have been churning out great German timepieces for a long time).
I know there are several 3T'ers here that have these brands.
Congrats on the "new to you" Vollmer arrival...a great looking piece for sure!
Of the straps you showed, I'm liking it best on the Brown, but I generally prefer a brown strap to black most of the time.Enjoy it, and nice first post!
