I bought a mini-monster just to try it out. After a month i got bored with it, it just did not feel like a Seiko around my wrist. I own a Seiko Flightmaster, the cheapest version that runs on a quartz movement and it feels much more serious compared to the mini-monster.
The 5-series watches feel more flimsy from what i have experienced myself, and read from other owners here in Sweden. I dont think i heard a WIS ever say that a 5´er is a keeper.
