Both look outstanding!!!
These "Brass" cased watches showing up on the scene raise at least as many questions as Bronze cased pieces have relative to the metallurgy IMO. ...not all "Brass" formulations have the same resistance to salt water and environmental elements...I'm wondering if these makers are using "marine grade" brass formulations at a minimum (too much zinc in the brass formulation...say 15% or more, and the resistance to corrosion is going to be a problem).
These are beautiful designs coming from Armida though...
TY Chris, from the look of the A8,I would say it is red brass,it's a bit deeper in color and not as shiny as yellow brass and honestly hard to distinguish from the bronze watches I own from when they were new...I will see how it takes to the liver of sulphur gel over the weekend.
