Inside UV Watch CR2032 battery is the power source for the UV illuminator the Brown crescent shaped circuit is the switch and timer for the illuminator ![]() Amber clear disk is an insulator isolating the 2 circuits ![]() The battery for the Ronda movement can be easily changed and some of the gold plating on the movement can be seen ![]() The case is thin from what you can see and but still has a screw in back that would help in not only being a cover but also a structural member. You can not see them but I had to clean the AR coating an the back of the crystal, just a hint do not use a cleaner that is not for anti reflective coatings. ![]() The dial work is done well and 3 different processes the dial went through all were done precisely. ![]() ![]() The circuits are welded together so I assume that the board is not serviceable and is to just be replaced when an open or a short occurs. ![]() The white square on the end of the flexible ribbon is the UV illuminator. ![]() ![]()
