 Panatimes addy clearly stated a Incabloc shock system used in chronometer grade movement which this  is not....still looks nice just not what was advertised....below is a pic of the movement(courtesy of JP) that used to be in His addy but has since been removed...

The high quality steel casing is waterproof down to 1000ft depths sapphire . The diving ring is set to counter watch direction due to safety reasons. Another safety of the watch is bezel that is set to the counter watch direction. The mechanical chronometer mechanism is shockproof and so it is in conformity with the highest safety standards. The assembly of the mechanism is carried out under heat. This means is that the pre-assembled watch mechanism and casing are heated in furnace and being assembled fast.
